The past few years have been rough on all of us. The isolation, the uncertainty, and the drastic changes we collectively endured can take a toll on our physical and mental health. Sometimes the smallest and most trivial moments of beauty is all we need to remind ourselves why we're alive.
Recently, at Kikkerland's NYC offices, we received a mysterious letter... The envelope was an off-white cream color and addressed in a loopy cursive. It was decorated with a stamp featuring a blue jay on a branch.
Within the envelope was a card adorned with a charming illustration of a rabbit. Here are the contents of the letter:
"Hi there!
I wanted to send a quick thanks for all the joy your products have brought me over the years! My favorite gift I ever received was the double crystal Rainbowmaker. I went on the purchase several more for myself and have given dozens as gifts.
I suffer from depression and grief, but no matter how dark it gets, the "rainbow party" always keeps things cheerful and beautiful. It's such a fantastic design- every detail amazes me!"
