Cool gift idea but Glass nodule leaking, check before purchase that the fluid level is correct

We had the exact same experience. We opened the styrofoam package around the glass tube and noticed that the fluid level seemed way less than what was in the photo and the nub seemed to be leaking. I put some gorilla glue over the nub in hopes that it will seal and we can still enjoy this purchase as it was bought in a sale.

I purchased from Indigo in canada and when i opened (very carefully) the package - the bottom nub was leaking. I have closed the bottom but it had lost a lot of liquid. Is there any way i can replace the liquid? The glass itself is not cracked or damaged.
