Very secure, well made

Was tired of all the petco and pets martial pointers we bought breaking after light use. Love that this one has the screw to access the batteries, it's very secure. Real metal too, not plastic. You do need a small screw driver, which is not provided, but fortunately we had one. Our cats love this thing.

Battery instructions?

Lack of instruction on package. Tiny Phillips screw near chain base needs to be removed to change batteries or remove tab for initial use

Don't Buy

Just bought from J C Penny. Does not work. DO NOT BUY!

where is the battery "tab?"

package says to remove it but doesn't say how. Only possible way in is using a tiny tiny screw (who has a screwdriver that small?). So....can't use this. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY
