I thought it was cute and soft and how could it go wrong? But it does the worst job with no support and it’s designed like a weird log because I always wrap that around my neck. The cover is cute and has a nice map of Greenland to explore while regretting the purchase. The cover is also soft and helpful for drying my tears from not sleeping on this 8 hour flight.

I tried & tried - air in, air out - never a comfortable fit. I see others who purchased feel the same. Unfortunately, I bought it in NC, took it home to CT and cannot return it. I travel 6x a year - this is the worst neck pillow I have ever owned. The soft covering is nice - the plastic insert feels like a brick around my neck.

It was difficult to adjust and, in the end, provided little support. I tried to return it, but never heard back from customer support.

Haven't had a chance to use it yet.
But I am aghast that your Apothecary Travel bottles are made from a harmful plastic. I'd like you to take them back, and with your postage. I would never have purchased them if I had know the plastic used is a known carcinogen!
