When will my order ship?
Orders for items placed before 6pm EST M-F will ship within 2-3 business days. Goods ship from Dallas, TX.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit & credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover - including prepaid cards - we now also accept PayPal, Amazon Pay & Apple Pay. All orders are charged in USD.

Why doesn't my discount code work?
Kikkerland coupon codes for promotions and holidays do expire and are not valid for use after the specified date on the promotion. Please e mail us at if you have any problems with coupon codes and we will be happy to assist.

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our products if you're not 100% satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or a full refund of your purchase price, provided that returned items are in their original condition. We provide a credit for shipping charges only for orders that shipped incorrectly or were damaged during delivery. Shipping costs for all other returns are not refundable.

How can I make a return?
To return an item, you must call our customer service center at 1-866-822-5571 (within one month of your purchase) you will be provided with all the necessary information for your return.

What is your warranty policy?
Kikkerland Design products are backed by a 90 day warranty policy. This warranty covers any Kikkerland Design product that breaks or does not function as described due to manufacturer defect. These products will be replaced by Kikkerland Design at no charge and free freight to the customer.

How can I make changes to my order?
When a order is placed we have a small time frame to change the shipping address on the order usually less than 1 hour. Please call us at 866-822-5571 or e mail and we will do our best to assist you.

How do pre-orders work?
When a order is placed and the item is on pre-order the order is entered into our warehouse and ships as soon as the item arrives in stock. For a order with multiple items and a single item on pre-order, the order will hold for the entire order to be in stock before shipping.

Privacy concerns?
All physical address and email information is kept private and never sold, marketing is only sent to customers who opt-in via the checkout system. Emails are sent for order confirmation and shipping confirmation a single time, if a cart is opened and not completed a single email will be sent if you opt-in for a follow up on the incomplete order. Promotional emails are only sent to customers who opt-in via the newsletter form in the website footer or via the checkout. For any questions please contact
