Very soft lens, be careful when cleaning. But, stylish and decent optical clarity.

This is a beautiful product, but the glass broke the first time my son used it. When we reached out to Customer Service about obtaining a replacement because my son really does love the product and we assume it was a manufacturing defect, my wife was treated very poorly by customer service and we have no resolution.

Terrible product, poor quality, and horrible customer service. My son received this for his birthday from a friend. The next day, the magnifying glass fell on tile from about a foot off the ground and a piece shattered off and cut his foot. I assumed it was a defect in the individual magnifying glass and not the product as a whole. I contacted customer service but they refused to assist me because I did not have a product number. (They knew it was a gift.). We originally liked the look of the product, but after my experience with the poor quality and lacking customer service, I will not purchase or recommend this company again.
