I purchased two sets of these vase collars. Both sets came in completely smashed, within their original packaging, leading me to believe they were broken before being packed to ship to me. I followed up with Kikkerland regarding getting a replacement shipment out in time for Christmas and shared an image of the damaged contents with them. They did not even respond to my message, simply processing a refund to which I got an auto reply email of the receipt. Poor customer service all around.
