Kikkerland failed - and blamed Amazon.

Don't ever buy a Kikkerland product
I ordered (and paid for) 8 Kikkerland fishing tools on Amazon. When I received the package there was a packing list from Kikkerland stating that all 8 were in the box - but there were only 3. I called Kikkerland's customer service and they did nothing about it --- they told me to call Amazon even though they acknowledged the package was picked and shipped from Kikkerland. They even told me they had 4,003 of these tools in inventory but would not ship me the missing 5. I called Amazon and they told me to call Kikkerland. I paid for 8, Kikkerland shipped 3, and neither Amazon nor Kikkerland are making good on the order. Steer clear of Kikkerland.
