Good pen, but difficult to use at first

I had the same problem as multiple people who wrote a review on this website, the screw driver part wouldn’t come out. I watched the video multiple times, and I tried everything and it just wasn’t working. I decided to try one more time before throwing it out. I twisted it the way it said in the video, and pushed hard, and then it worked! It is actually a very useful pen now.

Christmas gift for my brother-in-law. He thought it would be very useful, especially at work.

Screw drivers are inaccessible

Bought this as a stocking stuffer for my husband and am very disappointed. The screwdriver pieces do not come out and there doesn't seem to be anyway to fix it.
